Mr.S.A.Rajan was born in the year 1938, and studied law in Pune Law college, Maharastra and enrolled as an advocate in the year 1961. He had his tutelage under the illustrious criminal lawyer Mr. B.T.Sundarrajan. He comes with a long and rich experience and his erudition is unmistakable. Among his many distinctions, it is his flair and versatility to conduct both civil and criminal trails shall set him apart. He is an ace trail lawyer and his cross-examination skills are un-paralleled and will be a pleasant sight to behold and listen. He has completed 51 years of continuous service in the bar, and in 2018, he was felicitated in a function presided by Justice Indra Banerjee, the then Chief Justice of Madras High Court for his continuous 50 years practice in the bar.

Mr.S.A.Rajan’s deep and extensive knowledge over almost all the branches of law is impressive. He is known for his precise and crisp style of rendering opinions on complicated issues of law has made him an instant hit among the top clients of Chennai.

He is the first lawyer retained by M/s.Citibank N.A when they opened shop in Tamil Nadu. In fact, Mr.S.A.Rajan is the first advocate to have filed the Sec.138 proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act in the city of Chennai. Mr.S.A.Rajan appeared in the landmark TANSI trial for Mr.Mohammed Asif, the then industries Minister in the cabinet of Tamil Nadu Government. It is noteworthy to mention here that Mr. Mr.Mohammed Asif is the only person who secured an acquittal in the trail stage of the case itself and his acquittal remained unchallenged up to the Supreme Court.

S.KRISHNAA, did his 5 year integrated law degree course during the academic years 2006-2011 in Dr.Ambedkar Law College, Chennai and enrolled in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry as an Advocate in the year 2012. Soon after enrolment he joined the office of Shri.S.A.Rajan as a Junior Advocate. Shri.S.A.Rajan is a leading lawyer of his times and many of his junior have launched into a very highly successful legal careers and of his notable juniors is Justice Karpagavinayagam, the retired Chief Justice of Chattisgarh. Shri.S.A.S.A.Rajan has to his credit conducted successfully many high profile criminal and civil cases and has a hugely enviable success rate.

S.Krishnaa as a Junior Counsel assisted Mr.S.A.Rajan in the famous TANSI case in which his senior appeared for Mr.Asif, the then Industries Minister of Tamil Nadu and this particular person is the only one who secured an acquittal in the trial court itself.

In his formative years as a Junior Counsel, S.Krishnaa learnt first hand the art of conducting trials in a clinical and incisive way and on his own filed, conducted and defended hundreds of trials in his stint as an Advocate. His expertise ranges from Civil and criminal trials, analysis of titles of immovable properties, offering legal solutions to property disputes, conducting cases before the Magistrate courts especially section 138 proceedings.

He appears regularly before the High Court, City Civil Courts, Magistrate Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunals, Consumer Forum and State Consumer Commission and Arbitration commissions. He has vast and extensive experience in filing and conducting Writ Petitions, Civil suits in the original side, conducting Revisions and appeals before the Appellate side of the high Court and has distinct experience in handling arbitration proceedings and its other areas such Sec.9 and Sec.34 applications under the Arbitration Act.

S.Krishnaa’s distinct talent and area of interest lies in the investigations of title of immovable properties, rendering opinions, clearing of encumbrances by applying on-the-spot solutions which will be refreshing and practical and drafting of deeds of conveyances and other related deeds and registration of them by appearing the jurisdictional Registrar’s Office. His USP is swift perusal of documents and rendering Legal opinions and creativity on the face of encumbrances and glitches. He has personally handled thousands of property related queries that come in from intending purchasers and other interested parties. S.Krishnaa has drafted and registered hundreds of deeds and has handled other ancillary issues related to registration of deeds. From perusal of documents to registration of deeds in a time-bound manner, his office has been offering an end to end solution which makes the client have a hassle-free and pleasant experience and this should be the reason that the majority of the clients are repeat clients.

S.Krishnaa has won 100% of the criminal proceedings which he defended. He has got full acquittal for the accused in cases for charges of culpable homicide amounting to murder, culpable homicide not amounting to murder, negligent acts causing death, dowry demands, dowry deaths, cheating, breach of trust, domestic violence etc.

In his career spanning 17 years, he has been balancing both litigation side and transactional side with great elan and has been hugely successful in both of them.

In the matters of recovery of money suits, he only secures paper decrees for the client but goes further and goes after the borrowers till the last cent is recovered. He has been employing innovative and effective courses such as filing of Insolvency Proceedings against the Debtors to recover the dues swiftly.

S.Krishnaa is well versed and superbly competent in the matters of Insolvency and he has been using it to the hilt against Debtors and had been filing and prosecuting Insolvency Petitions before the High Court. After the introduction of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, he leverages the strict mandate of the code to the advantage of the Creditors and has been hugely successful in the realisation of the debts. Incorporation of Companies and attending to other related corporate works such as statutory compliances are another primary area of focus and Constitution of Partnership firms, Societies, Trusts and NGOs are also done with great perfection.

In the year 2012, he has been appointed as the Standing Counsel for the Corporation of Greater Chennai and since then he has been appearing in the High Court, Madras regularly for the Corporation. This has been a highlight of his career as this entails appearance before the High Court regularly and he has been displaying his skills in a stellar manner. S. Saravanakumaran. I.R.S. (R) is former Joint Commissioner of Income Tax, presently practicing as Advocate & consultant on Tax & Finance matters after quitting the Income Tax Department from April 2017. He has obtained his Bachelors in engineering from prestigious PSG College of Technology Coimbatore in Textile Engineering. He has done his Law (LLB) in Mumbai University and done MBLT(Masters in Business & Taxation Laws) from NALSAR, Hyderabad.

He has vast experience in private industries, Indian Railways and 15 years stint in Indian Revenue Service in the Income Tax Department in various capacities including Investigation Department in Metro stations like Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai.
